Shocking workplace scandal: Postal workers ousted after X-rated prank spirals out of control!

Workplace bullying: three postal workers sacked after posting cruel parcel. #FixedIt

Shocking workplace scandal: Postal workers ousted after X-rated prank spirals out of control!

You're kidding, right? Your minimisation of the bullying helps you totally miss the point and side-step the real issue. It has nothing to do with the sweets - "candies" is American; we're in Australia - and everything to do with the perpetrators' attitude and intentions. They were bullies and...

Shocking workplace scandal: Postal workers ousted after X-rated prank spirals out of control!

Language matters. Calling the bullies "pranksters" and describing what they did as a "prank" minimises their very serious misbehaviour. It wasn't a prank - it was deliberate, targeted bullying. They were dealt with accordingly.

Shocking workplace scandal: Postal workers ousted after X-rated prank spirals out of control!

You're kidding, right? I don't think they thought the young woman would find the smut funny- they damn-well knew she would be offended. That was their intention. It's nothing less than #WorkplaceBullying.

Shocking workplace scandal: Postal workers ousted after X-rated prank spirals out of control!

It's offensive to refer to a woman as a "girl," for a start. If she genuinely found the sex shop and its products distasteful, what's it to anyone else? The young woman did not deserve to be disrespected and bullied. Full stop I wish more companies and organisations would do likewise!

Shocking workplace scandal: Postal workers ousted after X-rated prank spirals out of control!

Seems awfully close to #WorkplaceBullying, too. But I have to ask: if men had performed such a wilfully insensitive act, would they have lost their jobs, or simply been slapped on the wrist and told not to be "naughty boys"?

Madonna once again stirs controversy after sharing AI-generated images with the Pope

She's right in a sense, but I don't think Madonna has a very profound understanding of "disturbing the peace." Artists, I believe, are here, first, to stimulate our thinking, and second, to subvert apathy and the thoughtless status quo. Being deliberately provocative is not subversion...

Madonna once again stirs controversy after sharing AI-generated images with the Pope

I'm sure Madonna is quite a lot more than sugary confectionery.

Yes. And the "fish lips" person. Your remark may have been ironic, and if so, I apologise for including you in the name-calling category 🙇‍♂️

Madonna once again stirs controversy after sharing AI-generated images with the Pope

You might be right. But the "unintended consequences" of those portrayals are what I find more disturbing. PC has nothing to do with it, either way.

Madonna once again stirs controversy after sharing AI-generated images with the Pope

Let's stop the name-calling and use some proper argument. At our age we should have some wisdom worth sharing.

Madonna once again stirs controversy after sharing AI-generated images with the Pope

Disagree with Madonna's behaviours, by all means, but name-calling is unnecessary. No, I'm not a Madonna fan.

Madonna once again stirs controversy after sharing AI-generated images with the Pope

What truly disturbs me is how potentially traumatising those photos are for victim-survivors of clergy sexualised abuse. It must be like seeing one's childhood or teenage horrors replayed in public. I also think SDC should have been onto that also, and prefaced everything with an appropriate...

'I simply clicked the link': Man shares how one email put his Centrelink payments at risk

I was lucky, then. Mine was only $80 - upfront. Medicare returned $42. Just as well I had money on hand but what if you haven't? I'm on a fixed income and I'd rarely - if ever - have $188.50 lying around to spend at the GP's.

Pharmacists and nurse practitioners are highly trained and skilled professionals. Calling into question their ability to deliver high quality health care is unwarranted.

Your super fund ain't so super ... Any text - or email - asking you to update information is automatically dodgy in my book. Consider getting another fund?
