It would look just stupid next to these small businesses. But what the heck? If the 'Council' thinks they will make money in some way from it, I bet it goes ahead.

These things should not give Councils the whole say. What do they know about these people's business and how they worked so hard. In the end did the Council come personally to hear the noise level when they followed their orders? I bet not.
