    Dreadful Woolies self-service check-out experience

    Totally agree. Surely it would cost less to pay on a staff member to check out your goods and pack them rather than all the problems these self checkouts cause. At least they would know you haven't stolen anything. I try to use a serviced checkout, but sometimes there are none open any more. :-(

    I agree with Bear, things are cleaned when I see them and I always have a weekly cleaning routine. Nothing is mentioned by David like cleaning walls in a spring clean , which I consider (apart from finger marks) to be a large spring cleaning job once a year only.

    I can understand people not liking the both plastic and paper bags. Its difficult if you have a home delivery. However, we have been using our own bags for a long time now when we shop in person, so I can't understand why people are still not using their own.
