Shocking Label: How 'Cookies' Sparked Outrage at a Royal Event over Anzac Biscuits!

PeeJay35 Its not a triviality if its part of an ongoing erosion of our national identity, including how we speak and the words we use. Ask anyone who was punished for using their native language during occupation by foreign forces or war.

    Sportsmanship, Manners, and Respect

As a way to get rid of Bradman and Richardson and Co. Also I believe we can help the re-emergence of manners by actively encouraging and thanking the youngsters when they are used. i costs nothing t say thank you. I try and say a positive word to the parents as well when I see manners at work.

Shocking Label: How 'Cookies' Sparked Outrage at a Royal Event over Anzac Biscuits!

We should be proud of how we speak and the actual words we use as part of past and evolution as a nation. Yes we need to evolve over time as society changes but we shouldn't just let the mass media fuel by money based off shore change our language and heritage without question. During the...

    KEEPING IN TOUCH

your person info sheet is brilliant. Another way to use this would be a binder with an alphabetical index so you only need to record the info once. The more times information is transcribed the more room for error. Too many years of bookkeeping & finance work to know the truth in that. (y);)

Local Coles suffers $100,000 in damages after unidentified suspects burned this item

At least this fire was stopped quickly, without losing the building. Unlike the 2 x 16 year olds who thought it was a great joke and destroyed multiple businesses in Stirling 12 months ago. Still to go to trial but I bet the little darlings get off with a warning or community service. The...

    Glory Box

I've been lucky enough to have had my own "bottom Drawer" that started the collection of things for moving out on the start of life's adventure in the early 80's.
