    I was a passenger in a car, the seat belt would NOT sit correctly, it was too high on the chest, very uncomfortable, guess if these rules had been in then I would have got a fine for something I had no control over, obviously the vehicle manufacturer was at fault.

    I have a mobile simply for rubbish like this, I never use the full amount I pay each month I dislike talking on a mobile and use my landline for everything else.
