More cheap crap dumped on the Australian market.

You can’t use a handheld mobile phone, drink a drink or munch on tucker but it is ok to use a two-way radio. Technically, a mobile phone IS a two-way radio.

I’m guessing that this only applies to trolleys taken out of the shopping centres. How about fining or charging with theft of the trolleys if taken away from the shops?

If I remember correctly, Whipper Snipper is a registered trademark for the “line trimmer”. I really don’t care what you call it, I call it whatever, even a mongrel bloody thing when it doesn’t start or I just get it going only to find that the line just ran out.
