All you need to do is put onions in the fridge for a while before you use them. in fact l have always kept mine in the fridge and also have ready chopped ones in the freezer.
I have to agree with you, Crofton pans are really good quality. Better than ones l have paid four times the price for. My Crofton the deep glass lidded frypan, at $29.95 a real bargain.
I have to say that l waste very little. I freeze lots of things. Shallots, capsicum, celery, herbs, berries, cheese that l grate myself. And much more. I cook larger amounts of meals and freeze them in seperate containers.
With regard to Veggiepatch comment, if you are still suffering from what happened it isn’t too late to put in a further claim. You need to talk to a legal representative as soon as possible.
As often happens, customers pick things up and put them down in the wrong place, l imagine this is what has happened in this case.
l have picked up milk only to find when l get home it’s light milk instead of full cream because it’s been put in the wrong place
