Perhaps if Kmart employed more young staff to help clear these problems it would become a "win-win" on both sides. The young would have a job and the store may have MORE customers because it's become a "TIDY STORE" therefore MORE CUSTOMERS would be encouraged to shop at Kmart.

Totally agree with you. We had the same problem with the young guys riding their unregistered bush motor bikes and no helmets for years.
