What an absolute joke, I am on the full pension and looking at putting myself into an aged care facility in the next couple of years as it is getting harder for me to stay in my home [rented not owned] I do currently get help once a week but after that I have to fend for myself. I don't see why...

I find this too rediculous for words to be honest. Sounds like the pregnant friend may have felt either very insecure or jealour or both, but if it had been me I wouldn't have raised an eyebrow over it.
