Yep you hit the nail on the head. One of the reasons I got out of the game was because of these overseas blow ins that think our laws don't apply to them. That goes for agents, tenants and landlords also.

I was a property manager for many years and I've seen worse. Boy could I tell some stories. 😂 There really are some feral tenants, but having said that I found the vast majority were decent people and good tenants. As usual though it's the minority that make things hard for everyone.

There are plenty of other more reliable ways to get information. The TV is airing almost non stop coverage as are the radio stations in the affected areas. Why people rely on Foolsbook for such important updates is beyond me 🤔
