as a retired tradie ..I promise you the cut wont effect the prices the tradie will still charge the exact prices..at $10 pw a tradies fuel costs vary by $10 to $20 per week so very little chance of customers bill reducing ...AND the possible$10 saving for the tradie wont make the slightest...
