it may help if large publicity was given to those convicted of scamming the public, to my knowledge no one has ever been convicted or penalised. It would help if some harsh sentences and penalties were given to offenders and people were made aware that STEALING IS THEFT

I personally wont shop at a business that adds surcharge for card payments they lose my business....not that it will bother them ...yet...but if enough like me does the same...its up to us

the surcharge should be paid by the vendor because the charge is a huge benefit FOR the vendor it enables customers to spend regardless as to affordability, it saves the retailer heaps in handling ,recording, riskless banking, accounting, safety for staff ,low risk of robbery/ cheaper...
