How dare they even charge a bin tax at all. That is one of the core readons we pay rates. And that's one of the core responsibilities of Councils; to maintain and clean roads and infrastructure, rubbish collection, bin collection etc. It is NOT to charge extraunder the guise of those facilities...

I wouldvtell the Council to present me with detailed info that I had used it and on what and where. Electricity bills can tell you where your usage is, eg refrigerator pool heater air con etc so tell them to provide the same info. Put the onus on them to prove. Then go see a lawyer.

Better not to log in at all. Temu is a Chinese company using Temu as an information gathering site around the world for the Chinese government. Many countries have, or are in the process of banning Temu on security grounds. Google it. No 100% proof yet but probably true.
