Sudden policy change leaves Aussie family facing unforeseen struggles

The NDIS needs a complete overhaul. There are too many loopholes for people who don’t need support to rort the system and too many people who desperately need support going without. It sounded like a wonderful thing when it was first put into place - maybe on paper. My experience, through work...

Transform your autumn wardrobe with this $80 find from Target!

It looks really nice, but on me I would probably be tripping over it lol. I can’t do long coats, dresses or skirts. And I buy 7/8 pants which most of the time I have to have turned up. It sucks being short

‘Not even for the dog’: ALDI shopper’s mince purchase sparks safety debate

I only buy mince at the butchers now. I never thought it mattered where I bought it but the butchers meat is definitely much better.

Will international laws affect the way Aussies shop soon? Lecturer shares his thoughts

Have you noticed most of what he’s saying is just hot air. He’s signed all this stuff but how much can be implemented. There’s a court order happening as many people have been sacked illegally. And where’s the wall he was building from his last stint? He loves to ‘show who’s boss’, he’s a loud...

Never Clap When a Plane Lands? See the Shocking Reason Why an Ex-Flight Attendant Warns Against It!

I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone clap when the plane lands 🤷🏻‍♀️

‘What’s this world coming to?’: Outrage as brazen thief targets family home

Not a couple of days ago there was a post on the local Facebook page saying someone was following the post office delivery van and stealing parcels from doorsteps. The police and the post office were on it straight away but I haven’t heard anything since. Scumbags!

'Carry on if you want a show': Woman catches husband in an intense moment of betrayal!

I don’t really understand if they were separated and he’s done nothing wrong why were they skulking around doing the dirty in a van. I recon they separated when she caught him

Long-standing outback tradition faces uncertain future amid financial struggles

I also never have and never will attend a rodeo. And with horse racing, I only ever bet on The Melbourne Cup and was quite good at picking a winner. My son told his friends “Whatever Mum picks, put some money on it”. However after seeing how those beautiful horses are treated and how many end up...

WOOLWORTHS OVER CHARGING ON KELLOGS Corn Flake packet

I noticed a couple of weeks ago that several items I regularly buy had gone up by $1 or more at both Woolies and Coles. I did note that Woolies increased first but Coles were right behind them

Kmart’s new collection is here! Shoppers say it’s their ‘perfect’ seasonal wardrobe

They don’t look too bad on her but definitely not for us shorties

‘We’re introducing the toughest bail laws in Australia’: What you need to know

It all sounds good on paper but let’s hope the courts do their job. Banning machetes should be immediate and anyone supplying them should be charged. There should also be raids on the houses of known offenders to confiscate them. Maybe there should be a scheme to surrender them like they did...

Who's winning the supermarket price war? Shopper crowns unexpected winner

Still not on board with Aldi. I find it false economy as I end up throwing stuff away because it’s substandard.

Car park photo sparks heated debate over little-known road rule: 'They look dangerous'

Actually, I’m really good at parking backwards (and angle parking) but I refuse to back into parking spots and also our garage, much to the annoyance of my husband who is a serial reverse Parker. I just find it unnecessary and also it’s harder to put in and take shopping out of the boot.

‘Shut up’: Heated clash erupts live on TV over former PM’s explosive comments

I can’t stand either Turnbull or Trump. Both have big egos but atm Trump is the biggest threat to the free world and he needs to go, Turnbull is insignificant and should just keep his mouth shut

Your grocery shop is about to change—here’s why shoppers are concerned

I’ve really tried to like Aldi but I am usually disappointed with what I’ve bought. I won’t be shopping Coles and Woolies home brand products. I feel you get what you pay for and I’d rather buy quality products than cheaper ones and have to throw them away, as I find I do when I shop at Aldi.

Driver 'lost their s***' after finding this parking ticket on their vehicle!

A bit of an over reaction. Personally I found it quite funny and just a bit clever.
