I have always folded clothes,towels,sheets etc straight from the line and still do as my wife has health issues,it might take a little longer but the job is done in one hit then they are taken inside and put away as many clothes these days don't require ironing.

Back in the 60's I was shopping for shirts in a Mod shop in Brisbane called The Clothes Peg and in walked Tom Jones,he was in Brisbane for a show,and he bought the same shirts I was looking at.Great bloke we had a ball.
