    They should be in van parks. The places they park in are free to the public not free loaders to avoid going to a van park. They park up in parking bays for weeks at a time usually taking up 2 spots to put up chairs washing lines, awnings etc.

    This is a problem beaches/rivers all over WA. Go to Pt Walter or Fremantle beaches after 4.00pm there is at least half a dozen back packers campers parked/set up. They take over & should be going to van parks not abusing free showers BBQ's. Weeks at a time.

    The packages allowance are going up with home help. It will also be means tested more moving forward. the government can't afford it, mind you they can't afford all the bludgers on the dole! Which is where they should be making it harder for these people also.
