All these big banks do us buy up their competitors, serve out the rule imposed in approval not the close branches for x number of years and then close them down completely. Time for no more takeover approvals to be given. Keep the competition alive and people in jobs

Strongly suggest everyone closes their accounts and refinances their mortgages etc. Just take your business elsewhere. Everytime a bank reduces their customer services, go elsewhere.

This is appalling. How dare they? The billers need to absorb the cost and people should also be able to pay their bills at the bank at no extra cost to the consumer. If banks or billers don't want this, DO NOT penalise the customer for a service they refuse to provide.

When anything gets close to the end, I just store the container upside down. Whether it's sauce, shampoo or whatever. When you next use it the contents will be at the "top" ready to use. Far easier.

And that is why the banks want cashless. More profit for them. Less staff needed. Less branches. No ATMs. And when power outages occur, what then?
