Woolies shopper receives EXTRA groceries in her home delivery, at the expense of another shopper

Living in a small country town with only an IGA supermarket I don’t get free home delivery but if I did I know that they would not be making any mistakes as my partner is the store manager and I know almost all the staff. Since Covid I don’t travel an 80 minute round trip to Woolies or Aldi.

The “genius” hack for cooking healthier and tastier bacon

I rarely eat bacon 🥓 and only buy the thick part. I wouldn’t eat it in a sandwich would out butter either. I don’t like bacon or ham that’s strongly smoked as it makes me nauseous.

I was going to say, I’d eat half a lobster if someone made lobster Thermidor or Mornay for Easter but after watching the Sydney Fish Market’s video, I’ve changed my mind. Cooked lobsters were okay but the wriggling ones still alive has put me off!

Everything you need to know to receive the $250 one-off cash payment for pensioners

Pensioners reflect on the rising cost of living in Australia, urge government to prioritise the welfare of seniors in the country

I don’t get how the government thinks an aged pensioner couple can live on less money than a single aged pensioner? The article states a single aged pensioner gets $987.60 while a couple gets a combined $744.40! That’s $243.20 less for a couple! Doesn’t state if the pension amount is the same...

Crushing new reality for Australian Families as grocery bills soar

So he paid nearly $365 on what? His docket only showed 5 items of 79, what else did he buy? Cheap disposable nappies $9, bargain but a waste of money when cloth nappies are reusable and were good enough in my day and so bad for the environment. One item being Nutella which would not have been...

Wow 😮😮😮 while it’s a great bargain and I know chocolate lasts well past its use by date and is edible but a trolley full of chocolate 🍫 is unbelievable and where would one store it? The $2.59 “MIRACLE” Aldi hack for removing dirt buildup in your washing machine that everyone is raving about — “OMG the best!”

I’ve used a front loader and a top loader and never had mould like Kylee has. I leave the lid up and left the front loaders door open a little to dry.

Do you regularly clean the “mouldiest area” in your washing machine?

Most people know how to clean front loaders. Never let your other half close the front loader door while it’s still wet. Happened to me 🤦🏼‍♀️ nice and gross but cleaned up well. Ours is in storage. I use a top loader at the moment.
