    What an appalling article. Typing those six words is not a problem at all. It's clicking on malicious links in the search results you receive that could be a problem. If you're going to try to help readers with this stuff, a least get if right, rather than spreading fear among readers.

    I totally support the law and the penalty. My dog is never off lead i such situations. SHe is an adopted dog and very reactive. All dogs must be controlled to avoid confrontation.

    THat's a really stupid comment. At 10km/h, deaths would be negligible. IF you're so stupid as to not know this, you shouldn't have a licence. No single solution addresses all the issues.
