    Reading the article it seems that the passenger had his own bottle  of wine that he was drinking from,  and that is completely illegal。  It should have been detected and confiscated before boarding and the cuplrit handed over to the Police。

    I quite agree with you, I strongly beieve that the Police are getting  very lazy these days and relying too much on technology to do their jobs for them and not actually getting out on the road and doing the job manually and takking detailed notes to support any infringements!
