They are usually sub contractors that get paid pittance. Like most industries there is a lot of skimming of the cream and front end staff miss out.. Be interesting to know how much he gets paid for "piece" work.

Australia Post has a legislative charter to provide a service to community. Their online communications and their very hard to reach "human" helpline, in my opinion not fulfilling this charter.

It's always been important to respectful and sensitive to others. Not just these days.

Just ban dogs. I'm a dog owner and love dogs. There are many others things I can't do and bring into the store. It's retail, not a dog park.

Was the dog on her property or footpath. Perhaps previously was the dog under scrutiny for aggressive action etc etc. Pensioner or not. Story is low on information 😕 .
