It is a very sad country we are living in. Homeless, aged, disability and one's going through hardship get kicked to the curb. Humiliate and degrading treatments to them. Only one culture gets instant help. Shame on our Government.

I believe senior/disability/carers pensions should be increased to adapt to increases made. It is such a struggle especially if you have a mortgage.

This is when I met Mickey Mouse while working at Columbia Pictures, way back around 1977.

I am 64 and a suit is not just for the young. I understand what you mean though, I was surprised at some of their clothing being suitable for us seniors.

I actually bought the cream pant suit (wide leg) a few months ago at Target. So lovely and a really good price. I was also fortunate to get 20% off as a sale was on. Pretty good deal. Really could not get cheaper.

Not at all impressed. Some hosts believe their lives are more import than the actual 'news'. It would never happen years ago. There was 'built in respect' then. I have no doubt that retired TV presenters and journalists would have been squirming in their seats; I know I did.

It appears most often, that unless things like this are published on social media the problem can go on for a very long time. Good for you for sharing and getting something done!!
