Won't make any difference to stupid people who'll still use their phones while driving.....the penalties have got to be severe to keep innocent drivers safe. Makes me wonder how we survived before mobile phones when you constantly see people with a phone stuck to their ear these days👂 🥺

Your see P-Platers speeding and taking risks on the road all the time. Being able to carry passengers is causing these drivers to show off and take unnecessary risks and speeding, with no regard whatsoever for other drivers on the road. Limiting them to 1 passenger may help, but better still...

Probably get a light sentence and get out of prison and do the same thing again. Our laws are too soft.

So many drivers these days are aggressive on the roads, it's like everything else, so many people can get violent which makes the road a dangerous place. When young kids get a licence to drive, they should be limited to a less powerful car, taught how to drive safely on wet roads and also...

Will this change be in all states or just WA ? $200 fine if a P Plater has more than 1 passenger is not enough, young drivers will take the risk. With so many people getting killed or injured on roads, the laws have to be tougher.

What a brave man John Farnham is to confront his past and what happened to him in earlier years. He is a great singer and entertainer and has been missed while he's had to go through agonising surgery and a long recovery from cancer.
