    I never saw any rubbish in New Zealand, and as far as I am aware councils should be cleaning facilities daily. Perhaps a little extra funding may help. Also treating people with respect and dignity may have a rewarding effect.

    Caravan park I went to had a coin machine to pay for the shower. In New Zealand public toilets were spotless and had coin machines to pay. I'm sure homeless people could probably pay 20 cents for a shower or be given some tokens. The health benefits would be enormous.

    Yes, I use 7 Eleven app . Driving on the weekend I was shocked to see a difference of 42c per litre in fuel. The most expensive being where I live. o_O
