I never saw any rubbish in New Zealand, and as far as I am aware councils should be cleaning facilities daily. Perhaps a little extra funding may help. Also treating people with respect and dignity may have a rewarding effect.

The last movie theatre I went to the seats and floor were filthy and when the projector turned on you could see the thick dust hanging off the curtains. Totally gross, never again.😷

Caravan park I went to had a coin machine to pay for the shower. In New Zealand public toilets were spotless and had coin machines to pay. I'm sure homeless people could probably pay 20 cents for a shower or be given some tokens. The health benefits would be enormous.

What gets me is, are the changing the price on old stock, purchased at old price. They should be waiting for new stock to come in before changing the price.
