Frustrated with Centrelink call wait times? MP investigates why they're skyrocketing!

Have I not read the article properly? It was about waiting times on the phone. So my reply stands as when phoning Centrelink I have never got through in the times stated. I have been to Centrelink in person and the queues are long and when you get to see someone they give you forms to fill in...

A new proposal could force working Aussies to wait until 70 to retire

Hang on a minute. Government staff are not expected to work many years same as Prime Ministers or Premiers. They only work for around 7 years then they get a full pension plus their super and retire. Why can’t it be the same for us? Why should we have to work our entire lives then drop dead just...

Aussie mum left shocked by this little-known ALDI checkout rule

Cheap and easy Easter recipes that won't break the bank

I think that all the spices take away from the actual lamb flavour. I always use leftover lamb including the bone to make a delicious stew. Coles supermarket reveals dramatic store overhaul – effective immediately

I no longer buy meat from Coles or Woolworths as it is all prepackaged. I like to get my meat fresh so I buy freshly cut meat from Drakes or Foodland. I will also not want to purchase prepackaged deli items as when I last picked up ham prepackaged it tasted terrible. Be losing more customers.

It looks like a large vol au vent type pastry. Worth $20 I think not. It is a pie after all.

A smile is welcoming and if they can’t manage one, being front of house contact then are in the wrong job. Plus if people do not want to go contactless that is their prerogative.

Coles launches a new ‘trolley parking bay’ at self-serve checkouts – do YOU approve of the change?

I really enjoy using these checkouts as I can pack my items as I want them packed and don’t end up with broken biscuits and smashed eggs and fruit
