A nice town in the Adelaide Hills. It is the home of hills netball with the courts being built in the coldest part of the state! Woodside does have a terrific pub though and that’s definitely worth visiting!

Meadows, a beautiful rural town in the Adelaide Hills. Meadows was originally known as Battunga, and the area around as Battunga Country.
Battunga was known as “the land of the big trees” and a significant number of these trees remain. Unfortunately a large number of teenage males lost their lives to these trees on the Meadows to Echunga Rd in the 1970s, prior to the Council taking some remedial action
On a brighter note, the Meadows pub is well worth a visit
