What happens on a sunny day? Will I be able to get my files back.

What type of cloud is best for storing your data?....Cirrus, Altostratus, Stratocumulus, Nimbostratus, Cumulus, Cumulonimbus or any other specific type?.... or are they all pretty much the same?....is it safe to download your data on a windy day?... and will it get wet if you download on a rainy day? These are things that they don't seem to say anything about in the how to download guide....the Spiders web can be very confusing for some of us seniors I tell you....do you have difficulty too ??
