Have had this cheesecake many times, with any biscuits you like. Delicious. Tennis biscuits are make by Baker's and are a coconut biscuit.
Tennis Biscuits are available in South Africa. They have coconut in them. I'm just going to experiment with Marie biscuits and others.
I always bought Tennis biscuits when we lived in South Africa - I still buy them from stores who sell South African treats.
