Being an Englishman and an Aussie too, who first arrived here as a backpacker 1977, I was called a POME Bastard all in good humour! mOiOz I don't know how U got the spelling; Pohm? I have allways been told POME stands for P. Prisoner, O. Of, M. Mother, E. England,This one always reminds me of a debate online when a Pohm said to an Aussie:
Pohm: Our country is the greener side of the fence!
Aussie: Yes, but ours once was, until all you Pohms moved over and pissed on it!
