An easy and yummy apple cake

Make up a packet of vanilla cake mix. Pour half of this into an oven proof dish, then add tinned or home made stewed apples over this. sweeten with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, then top with rest of cake mix. Bake. Let cool then slice.
