Fact of the Day: Have you heard of 'Daisy Bell'?
With technology playing a massive role in music over the years, you may wonder, what was the first computer-generated song?
A recording made on an IBM 7094 in 1961 at the Bell Labs, New Jersey is the earliest known recording of a computer-synthesised voice singing a song.
The synthesised computer voice sang a song called 'Daisy Bell', also known as 'Bicycle Built for Two'.

'Daisy Bell' is still heavily recognised to this day, with music producers using modern-day vocal synthesisers to make a new iteration of the song.
