I have a issue at the moment with Google. (Surprise, Surprise.) When I first setup my accounts with Google I had another phone and number about 12 years ago and since that time I have purchased other phones.
A week ago I needed to purchase my latest one due to a battery that had swollen and leaked. I needed to purchase another Sim Card and now Google won't give me my accounts back all because they send a code to a phone number that I no longer have...
Right now I am not a happy chappie. 🤬 I might start making loo rolls with a photo of Google and I may do State of Origin as well. 🤔

Delete your old account and register new account on new phone
 
At the moment I am having trouble with Optus, trying to upgrade my Debit Card number. Someone got into my account so my old card was frozen and I had to wait for the new one. In the meantime my Optus account was due and I informed them that I was awaiting a new card so they have extended the time for me to pay my account, which I appreciate. But I have been trying to give them the new card number for the last week and a half without success. I have tried online and tried phoning them both without success. I have emailed them numerous time to explain the delay but have heard nothing back from them which can help me.

I’m no help I’m sorry, but strange for Optus not wanting your money ! I’m sure they will catch up soon though !

Dear member Fisherman 2320, sorry to here about your mobile phone and your accounts issue. I did a bit of research on the internet and found a company called Mobile Device Setup - Geeks2U. Their mobile number is 1300 820 748. Give them a call and explain your situation, they maybe able to help you. Wishing you a pleasant evening. 🙏🦋

I have just read your post, if you have your login details you should be able to login from any device suitable for Google, login to your account delete all devices add your new device.
I am not familiar with Google device's so this might not work, if all else fails email Google direct explain your issue I am sure they will supply the supply you require.
