No crocs at all.Alice Springs is looking safe![]()
I reckon they never got close enough to spot them, just calling them an octopus for now! What about the "Blue Ringies".
Unfortunately, they are there. No crocs at all.
Croc in a waterhole, unlikely as it would have been on the menu long before it could grab a 12 yr old....Unfortunately, they are there.
Stopped in Alice Springs for 4 days last August.
A lot of the indigenous people live near watering holes.
While I was there, and this is only heresay, a 12yo indigenous girl was snuck upon by a croc and dragged in, not to be seen of again. The risk to life is taken for granted up there.
Never hear about these sorts of things happening in city news.
As I said..... hearsayCroc in a waterhole, unlikely as it would have been on the menu long before it could grab a 12 yr old....

Yes, I know, but they get blamed for everything.Dingoes are beautiful pets!
I have owned several over the years. I would trust my dingoes with my children, regardless of age, more than 99.9999% of the human population.
