And what about the little antenna?
Each channel you changed to you had to move (or hang) the antenna around…🤣

I have to do that now on my bedroom t.v.🤣

In the days of Blsck and White TV only, a friends dad was boasting that he had COLOUR TV.
We all wanted to see it and we followed him into the lounge room for this big treat AND sure it was coloured with a large piece of cellophane paper overr it .... well we all had a good laugh ...

When we got our first TV they gave dad a choice of "Rabbit ears" antenna on top of the TV or a roof mounted antenna! I was most disappointed when he went Roof mounted!
🥺

Our TV was so Remote, we could not get a signal!!!!!

Yes, "Rabbit Ears"!

I know it's been a while, guys, but
NO, it's NOT the "Playboy Bunny"! 😁

We were not allied to touch our TV so were never able to be the remote! e got a shock to find TV was black and white in Oz as we had been used to coloured TV in the UK. Incidentally when we first got TV in England we did not have individual sets, we used to go and stand outside the shop and watch it from the street. I was about 3 yrs old at the time.

I do not know why this combined TV Remote and Rabbit Ears Arial will not work?? Any Ideas?
