I saw the girl straight away. Then I concentrated to find the old man!!!!

Actually, I saw both - I can't say which I saw first! But then, I've seen something similar with a young woman and a crone, so I was on the lookout...

But I think you would see one thing first when it was the first time you saw this image! I saw both, but what registered in my mind at first was the lady...
