You can also use honey instead but lessLooks yummy but I’d definately use less sugar

I just looked that kale tip up but it was not recommended to do it as it makes the pie bitter and to have an earthy flavour.They are all sugars matey.

But the American Health Society CEO Dr. I. M. Alooney. Said in a recent conference, that Kale is more beneficial in a pie than sugar.
