It’s easy to get pulled back in, especially when you’re bored or stressed and betting feels like an escape. What helped me personally was setting hard limits and staying off platforms for a while, kind of like going cold turkey. I also deleted apps and blocked emails from all those bonus promos that used to tempt me.

Oddly enough, I still follow some bonus codes and free spin stuff just to stay in the loop, like the verde casino free spin offer I came across. I don’t play much anymore, but I keep an eye on it more out of curiosity than anything now.
