My family all know I want an unattended funeral, then for family and friends to gather in a park somewhere and chat, remembering all the good times. Then they can scatter my ashes under a tree. My DIL said "but dogs will wee on the tree" I told her it's ok, I like dogs.
I had a thing for jelly babies when I was pregnant, couldn't get enough, and I always bit the heads off first (fortunately my kids both turned out with heads attached :ROFLMAO:)
We also came here on holiday to visit friends who had previously emigrated here. As soon as we got back to the UK we applied to come here. We've been here 35 years now and never regretted our decision for a moment. We have had several holidays back to the old country to see family and friends...
Many years ago my husband was doing some security work for her in the staff quarters above the stables. She came out and asked if he would like a coffee, then took him into the kitchen and made it for him herself. Lovely very down to earth lady.
