Aussie government announces changes to the federal budget! How can seniors benefit from it?

My greatest fear is that the people (whoever they are !) are going to vote this pack of incompetents government back in. Even as a minority government it will bankkrupt this country.

https://mcmohali.org/bonus-to-aussie-pensioners/ Beware of the above. $280 bonus to pensioners. It can only be a scam as no announcement has been made from the government.

Big changes hit Australia this year–find out how they affect you

I hope people will finally wake up and not vote for labor /Albanese's flat out lies. The guy doesn't even have any people skills so I don't know why everyone is being fooled all the time.

'What is wrong with Coles?': Shopper complains about supermarket prices after buying essentials

Buy some nutritious microwave meals, some are quite yummy and they can be as low as $3.40 at both Woolies and Coles. Accompany that with some buttered bread or rolls.

You can request an advance payment of your pension every 6 months. I think this is what the other person was referring to. It van be as much as $ 1200-1300 depending upon what benefit you receive. Please note that this is like a loan. An amount, set by Centrelink is deducted then from your...

Say goodbye to nighttime coughs as former paramedic shares simple cure

I did try honey again for a recent bad cough/flu which has lasted over 6 weeks and it suppressed the cough initially but then I woke...

Centrelink warns customers about new 'bonus payment' scheme

I have also come across a $750 one off payment for hardship/cost of living that appears on a website but it related back to 2020-2021 COVID payment. It is definitely not listed under MyGov Centrelink.
