I applied for the age pension in early December last year. Almost six months later, I'm still waiting. I'll be 75 in about another three weeks. Centrelink is not very supportive for anyone in need.

Hi Tricia. I enjoy photography and have two digital SLR cameras. I love nature and the great outdoors. Which includes work in the garden. I'm currently writing a book. Also have a passion for computers. A great tool for work and many other uses. Teaching various skills to others.

Last week my wife saw native Australian bees in our front garden. They had blue stripes on their abdomens.

Gidday all. Eddy here from Ingleburn NSW. I'll be turning 75 in May and I still work some days most weeks. I'm sure that working keeps me reasonably healthy. My work is physical. Hands-on. Not a desk job. I tried that several years back and put on weight.
