This may be too simplistic, but why not have a basic system where everyone working pays a 20-cent-in-the-dollar tax above a threshold level? Companies/ corporations pay 30 cents in the dollar tax, once legitimate costs are removed. Charity donations and welfare donations are tax-deductible...

Absolute rubbish. Education on how to drive and better advice on the hazards of long-distance driving would be better. Better rest stops etc. This reduction in speed limits will ultimately lead to revenue-raising exercises. I am sceptical of this

Mobile camera vans are just revenue-raising. I dislike them, You need visible law enforcement to deter road issues

I don't tip. It only serves the restaurant owners to lower or pay staff the minimum wage and that leads to a begger situation. Nowhere does it mention how the tips are paid to staff. We are not America
