It’s ok to show your partner how much you love them but you still need to respect the other people seated next to them. That shows disrespect.

If people have something to hide then don’t go to a public entertainment venue where they can be seen. I feel for the wife to have that experience in her life being seen by everyone. And the kiss cam to me is just fun for everyone but not if you have something to hide.
