It makes you wonder about the people employed to do the click and collect orders. If someone cannot see that food is off, yet they still continue to add these products to the order. If one bag is off, then how many other packets were also off.

I would not have allowed the resort owner to get away with not refunding to total cost. This is nothing short of deceptive advertising. People see the glossy brochures and they expect a specific standard.

The bloke was trespassing without the owner's permission. What would have happened if this bloke tripped and got injured or knocked himself out and fell in the pool drowning in the process. This self-indulgence goes beyond someone helping themselves to someone elses property.
