Remember it is North Sydney Council and they are desperately in need of $'s after having botched up the 'upgrade' of North Sydney Swimming Pool - someone has to pay.
Not good for all the people that are employed to shop for people under care. this just means there will be ore people at the 'manned' checkouts, creating longer waiting times. And for these people working in care, they have limited time.
Maybe they will have the cooking instructions in sensible fonts and colours too - it is not just elderly people having problems all ages have been saying the same. These pretty coloured fonts are no use for people wanting information;)
It may well be insured however they still need to pay the excess (normally around $1,000) plus replacement of all the items (prams etc) in the car - not all (if any) would be covered by insurance. Very costly even if you are insured.
