‘Basically, I’ve been bullied about my brows pretty much my whole life’: Here’s why we should listen

I was a normal size until about 12 then I got bigger despite always been bullied about my looks from my brother. I really feel your pain and I would love to have your beautiful legs!

‘Basically, I’ve been bullied about my brows pretty much my whole life’: Here’s why we should listen

It hurts enough getting them waxed! I only do them occasionally but it's a comfy thing, I get hot in summer lol. I've never understood the need to keep up with the Jones's about everything, especially fashion and beauty trends. I'll paint my nails and wear make-up if I'm going out for a night or...

‘Basically, I’ve been bullied about my brows pretty much my whole life’: Here’s why we should listen

Childhood bullying sticks with you for life. I'm still traumatised and can't accept when people say something nice about me. My brother was the main offender and even though I cut him out of my life 2 years ago, I'm still battling the traumatised and the scars haven't faded.

Watching the grocery bill climb? These ALDI freezer buys could help stretch it further

I live on the rotis! My best friend is Pakistani and I never even knew about them until I met him! I've lived on Aussie and British foods growing up. Love love love them

You’ve watched prices rise for years—but this one’s left shoppers fuming

I love my coffee, it's all I drink but I can't drink my preferred brand due to cost. I buy the one I do drink when it's on special in bulk and forgo other items. We have the cost of living as well as all the floods in Brazil etc which predicted the price increase. It's like our farmers in...

Member Spotlight: A story of courage through adversity

I have to say Suzanne, I have followed your posts on here for a few years now and have always thought you were amazing! Especially with 13 kids! Only now hearing reading about your history has cemented that in so much more! You were so young when you were married and had your first baby...

Are you making this common mistake that got me kicked out of my GP’s office in just 6 minutes?

I'm so sorry for your loss. My mum was a nurse for over 40 years and seeing some nurses these days, you wonder why they're doing this job. No bedside manner, no knowledge about how to empathise with patients and their families. Your GP, like my Mum, are from the good old days of healthcare...

Are you making this common mistake that got me kicked out of my GP’s office in just 6 minutes?

That doctor is definitely in the wrong. My GP explained another reason why they can't deal with multiple problems in one appointment. It all boils down to Medicare and the rules the government are imposing on them. Another doctor I see in the clinic if she is away was complaining how they have...

Australia Post responds to surge in attacks with urgent new move

I have an ongoing argument with AusPost due to them being allowed to leave everything in a crate nailed to the INSIDE of my fence, for various reasons. However, the majority won't get out of their van or say the gate is locked. The gate is locked so my psychopathic neighbour does not let my...

Australia Post responds to surge in attacks with urgent new move

Oh how horrifying and heart breaking for your friend and the service dog! It takes long enough and a lot of money to train these special dogs and this happens.

Australia Post responds to surge in attacks with urgent new move

I have a heartbroken postie. He said the best part of his round was stopping to play with my girls. But unfortunately, I need to lock my gate (colourbond fencing) to stop my neighbour letting my dogs out! He did this last year and I lost one of my little girls as she was hit by a car that...

Court to decide if Tasmanian supermarket discriminated by not allowing alpaca in store

Service animals do receive too much prejudice! However, not all the vests are Orange. Some are blue and other colours that meet medical conditions. 🐾
