I am a retired Tafe ESL teacher. Before that I taught in High school for a few years. I completed my University degrees in 2006 as an older student. Before that I was a para-legal and legal secretary and before that a general secretary. I have also done a variety of other work through-out my long life. I can no longer drive and have some vision issues . I love reading though. I also do a lot of papercraft/art. I make junk journals and do mixed media art. I used to be a spinner, weaver & knitter. Still do a bit of knitting and crochet but not a lot of call for wool in Queensland except to feed the moths!
I have lived in the US, India, Tonga, New Zealand and Australia. In Australia I hae lived in Victoria, northern Queensland and now the Brisbane area. I've been a few places in Australia but there is still much more I'd like to see. In New Zealand I have lived in both the south and the north islands and travelled extensively in New Zealand; but there are still a few more places I'd like to see.
