Exactly. Most Rental agents do 3-4 monthly inspections and I'm sure if a property was in such a mess the Tennant would be issued with a breach. The situation would be monitored. If privately owned then it is up to the Owner to inspect regularly so as to keep an eye on the property.

Couldn't agree more. He looked far from well and struggled to perform. Why he has to torture his body and risk his health after surgeons have worked miracles on him is sheer stupidity, in my opinion.

I personally do not like cheap rubbishy clothing. Therefore when I do buy an item I am prepared to buy good quality which obviously costs more but know I'll still be wearing it for many years. Fashion trends come and go, quality very rarely dates.
