Use a Commonwealth Bank ATM they do not charge a fee, at least not in Victoria. I use it all the time.

If the car is parked within the lines then it is legally parked. Must admit I always reverse into a spot only because it is much easier to get out. I drive a small car so do not have those problems.

How rude to place your bag on a vacant seat and begrudge a senior citizen or person a seat. I brought my children and their children up to always offer their seat if an adult was standing and they then had the choice of standing or sitting on my knee. There is no respect these days !!!!!!!!

Car owners pay hefty registration fees for road maintenance etc. parking in some cases, tolls and yet bike riders have control of the roads so why are they not paying registration??????

The free policy if overcharged only applies after you have paid. Pay your bill first then lodge a complaint.
