Toilet paper & Thunderbox.
I grew up in a Soldiers Settlement in Matraville, NSW. It was built for WW1 Diggers and the toilet was - you guessed it - outside. The problem was we could not afford Toilet Paper so my Mum used Paper patterns instead. At least they were soft.
There is a verse that says "Turn your eye upon Jesus, look full in His Wonderful face and the things of earth will grow strangly dim in the light of His Glory and Grace." You are in my prayers.
Thank you Member @gkabarra for giving us ways to keep our browsing of the Internet safe. In this day and age we need to know how to keep our computers safe from hackers. Well done.(y)
Thank you - I appreciate your acceptance. I only recently moved into a Residential Care Home due to a fall. My IT set my computer up for me to view on the TV in the room and that is where I get seniors discount club towce a day. I really enjoy reading it. Meg.:)
Thank you this reminded me of my father (now deceased) who was an original ANZAC . I could never understand why he was always such an angry man until I learnt that he was in a cave with a mate when the cave was bombed and his mate's head was blown off in front of him.
