ALDI do charge customer a surcharge for using credit accounts. I have found that instead of tapping your card you insert it and use savings with a pin and that avoids the surcharge. Maybe this is what the change is for.

I have purchased a few things from Temu and have never had a problem. I always use PayPal when buying anything on line. If I can't buy with PayPal I don't buy it.
